We want you to feel confident when shopping with Sundrel. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are handled for orders shipped to the United States.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Return requests made after 30 days from delivery cannot be accepted.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In the same condition as received
- In its original packaging where possible
- With all original tags, labels, and accessories attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email
Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage caused by the customer, perfume, stains, makeup marks, or missing tags may be refused.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at hello@sundrel.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the applicable return address.
Important: Items sent back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns, including wrong size, wrong color selected by the customer, change of mind, or no longer wanted, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will provide a suitable solution and cover the necessary return or replacement shipping costs where applicable.
No Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping fees, if any were paid, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item caused by our error.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, contact us at hello@sundrel.com. The fastest solution is usually to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Exchanges depend on product availability.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@sundrel.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the case and provide a suitable solution.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at hello@sundrel.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items clearly marked as final sale
- Items that are worn, washed, used, damaged by the customer, or missing original tags
- Hygiene-sensitive items where applicable
