Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sundrel. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how long order processing and delivery usually take, and what to do if there is an issue with your shipment.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship to customers in the United States.

Orders must include a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States, unless a different shipping method or rate is shown at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Processing time begins after your order has been placed and payment has been successfully authorized. During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Total estimated delivery time is:

3–5 business days processing + 3–5 business days transit = 6–10 business days total.

These timeframes are estimates. Carrier delays, high order volume, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders are reviewed during our customer support and business hours, Monday through Friday, 09:00–17:00 CET/CEST. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after shipment confirmation.

Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 2–3 business days, as delays can occasionally occur with carriers. If your order still has not arrived after this period, contact us at hello@sundrel.com with your order number so we can investigate.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@sundrel.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed or shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@sundrel.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or return instructions.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@sundrel.com. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may request a return after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.
